SLSA ’07 in Portland, Maine

 Registration 

All participants in SLSA ’07 must be registered members of SLSA. To become a member or to renew a lapsed membership, go to SLSA’s secure membership site. The deadline for conferees to register as SLSA members is 1 October, 2007.

Registration for the conference can be submitted by regular mail or fax. Please download the registration form either in Microsoft Word format or as a PDF, fill it out, and follow the included directions for submission. Note that conference registration is separate from hotel reservation; please contact the hotel directly to reserve your room, as described on the Venue page of this site. For questions about conference registration, please contact Registration Chair Susan McHugh. The deadline for early conference registration is 1 October, 2007, after which date registration fees increase.

Refunds: To receive full refund, cancellations must be received by October 1 at UNE Conference Services (see contact information on the Registration Form). Between October 1 and October 14, the registration minus a fee of $50 will be refunded. After October 14 there will be no refunds for cancellations.

Audio-visual equipment must be requested by 15 May, 2007. For questions about A/V needs or to request A/V equipment, please contact Site Chair Arielle Saiber. Some further details are available on the Call for Papers page.
